They are very professional and responsible. They were able to quickly recommend suitable investment properties based on my budget. From the initial property selection and bidding process, through to contract signing, building inspection, finding a suitable property management agent, and finally leasing the property, they supported me every step of the way.

They handled all the follow-ups, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Their buyer’s agent service only concluded once the tenant had received the keys and moved in. Even after that, they continue to periodically assess the property’s value growth.

I was with Foresight Property for a regional NSW purchase in late December. I would totally recommend Foresight as:

1) The team worked very hard to facilitate a purchase just within a month, ensuring the contract is exchanged to secure the deal before the Christmas/New Year holiday period before buyers entering the market when they are back from holiday in January.
2) Post settlement repairment and tenant placement consulting support. This keeps myself away from all the hessle and left it with Foresight's good hand especially I was travelling right after settlement.
3) The team identified a suburb hotspot in late 2025 before other buyer agents suggesting my suburb as upcoming hotspot for 2026. This essentially unlocked 3% / 17k instant equity at settlement with more expected to come when rest of the market buyer agent catching up.
4) The team project-managed this purchase with a professional walkthrough and tools. They are not just helping to essentially buy but also understand their process for me to turn into professional property investor in the future.
5) Last but really not the least, Foresight charges a very reasonable fee while their services would be extending into post settlement repairment and tenant placement, which is typically not supported by other buyer agents. I am paying less to what the market buyer agents charge while getting more and better services against my prior buyer agency experience.
