We proactively search across on-market, off-market, and pre-market opportunities, shortlisting suitable properties using our Foresight Property Selection Framework and your personal investment criteria.
You review the shortlisted properties and provide feedback or approval.
We conduct rigorous checks to minimize risk and confirm true market value. We would then provide detailed, easy-to-understand reports covering all key aspects of the property.
✅If the property passes the checks, we proceed to step 6 - develop negotiation strategy.
❌If risks are identified, we return to step 3 and shortlist new properties.
We define starting offer and exit price based on true market, competitiveness and seller circumstances. Strategy presented clearly for your approval before negotiation begins.
With your approval, we lead the negotiation on your behalf to negotiate the best possible terms and price possible.
✅If successful, proceed to Stage 3 - Settlement
❌If not, we revisit step 3 and shortlist new properties.
